Coursework, Christmas Market And News

I dont know why but I started to bring my laptop to school since Monday. Sometimes it is really boring so I can write blog or do homework on it.
But I also discovered something really interesting. If I turn on hotspot from my iPhone I can also use internet which also means that I can play League of Legends. In school!! :D I spread this idea around my friends and they liked it. Now they are playing sometimes during free lesson. I really want to but I think socialise with people is more important, yet I used to play sometimes xD

I have every free period with Mira and Erik together but sometimes they are going home after lesson so I am sitting in the sixth form center alone and cant do anything. I cant leave school before all the lesson ends, stupid white house rule... I also discovered that making notes during the lesson with my laptop is much more easier than with my hand. It is quicker and if the teacher makes any mistakes I can easily correct them and safe them in a file. So from now on I will bring my laptop everyday to school it is so much better. I was also asked from Nikki, my coordinator here if its possible that a German girl can stay at my hostfamilies place for 3 weeks after Christmas.. She will attend to Westlands as well and I kinda like that idea :D

My childish side comes up and I wanna prank her xD She will live with Jimmy and me but I will pretend to be a Chinese. So whenever she talks to her family on skype I can understand everything and she wont notice it :D Of course I am joking, I mean it can to terribly wrong. I will try to support her and be a nice hostbrother :3 I also got a Russia exchange student for 2 days at the last weekend because his school was flooded due the terrible unstoppable rain here... He is really nice and it is really sad that he already left us.

So how am I doing? :) School is fine, math is getting really complicated now like in my old school and we are learning things Ive never heard of, so I am more interested now. Sociology is still really really interesting, we are currently watching a German film called "Die Welle" :D English language is also really intersting now, we have to write a coursework until Christmas. I chose the topic "Vegan - Need for meat?" and I nearly finished my work. Nothing really changed here. My friends are still the same, I was with Mira and Lucia in Exeter on Sunday. Mira wanted to buy a Jack Wills gilet so we decided to join her. We discovered a Christmas market behind the Jack Wills store and I was stunned. There is a German Bratwurststand, where Germans are working!! :D Amazing, isnt it?? :)

Like I mentioned before, the weather was really really annoying the last week. It rained the week through and the raindrops even felt into my room due a small hole in the roof...
But I read the weather report for this week and it seems like that it will be a sunny week!!! :D
22 days left until Berlin... I am counting the days down already, cant wait for it :D

Only 29 days left, then I am able to be home.. East, West - Home's best :D
After some discussion in Nero with my international friends about our home I started to realize how badly I am missing my friends, my family, German and Chinese food and of course Berlin...
I really hope my depressionphase is over soon, I hate that feeling... In addition with the typical English weather my mood is changing soo quickly..

Sometimes I feel like in heaven, its soo fun here, hanging out with friends, enjoying schoollife, training in the gym, chatting and skyping with friends... But then, when I have nothing to do... I suddenly start to think about the meaning of life, what I want to reach with it and other depressing things.. This sucks... Three days ago I discovered a snack bar where they sell original German sausages... I was walking by, earphones with some really good music plugged and then I read "Bratwurst" and "Currywurst"... After a dew steps I stopped and realized it then... What?? They are selling them here?? I runned to the snack bar and saw the prices... 3,5 Pounds for one Bratwurst.. Sooo expensive.. Nevermind, I ordered one and ate it with soo much enjoyment.. The taste.. Like those which are selled nearby my house in Berlin.. Soo delicious... :D

Ready for Christmas?

I went to Nero and shared my discovery with the other Germans, of course they went there and bought one as well :) I want to get rid of beeing homesick as soon as possible.. An exchange year is meant to be away from home, I have to bear this.. Otherwise I wont have fun here and I wont enjoy the year... So from now on, I will think positive, its only 29 days until return :D

Nevertheless, I had some funny days here.. You might be wondering why I didnt blog since last Monday, there is a simply reason :D I didnt had any time nor desire to write.. I was so busy the past few days, I got soo much homework and of course I didnt finish any of them :D But yeah.. I started and now I have nearly all of them.. I still have to write a sociology essay, my English language coursework and lots of mathstuff... :/
I was in Exeter again, training in the gym is really funny because my friends are there as well and they have a sauna.. :D I have never been in a sauna before, but then I tried it together with Erik and Mira and I love it :D
Its soo good after a hard workout, I can feel my muscles growing.. :P I was weighing myself in the gym and they also calculated my body fatpercentage.. I am right now 57,5 kilos heavy and I have only 8% of fat in my whole body.. Thats really low compared to an average 16 years old boy..
Mira also showed me instagram and I love it :D I love reprocessing my good pictures with instagram, its so much fun and it looks so much better... I will show you only pictures from instagram in this post which I made the past few days :D

So, I will get tomorrow my other math exam back, I really hope that its marked with an A.. :)

Winecard Of The Year

Friday night, around 23 o clock, the big message came up.
I was skyping with my mother and she told me that the famous magazin Gault Millau announced the top winedresser of the year. Nothing special in my opinion but then she told me that our restaurant also won a prize... Well, winedresser and the restaurant of my parents? What? It turned out as a special prize... That surprised me a lot..

The restaurant of my parents won the prize of  "the best winecard of the year in a restaurant"... Wow... In whole Germany we have got the best winecard?? :D My father must be so proud right now.. He putted so much effort into this and now he earned that what he deserves.. A prize from the most popular magazin about wine and restaurants, and he has birthday soon! What a nice present... :D

To make it clear. Gault Millau isnt only a good magazin, they are announcing every year the best winedresser and also the best restaurants. They are giving the best of the best also Michelin stars. A good friend of my father got 2 of them again, he is with another one the only ones with a 2 star restaurant in Berlin.. :O
Soo.. After some reports on local magazines and some tv shows the restaurant of my parents got the best prize so far.. :D

The week started not so good.. I got my sociology assignment back and yeah... I got 5/12 and 6/12 points..-.- Not so good... The teacher told me that I got full points on the knowledge but I couldnt evaluate that good, thats why I am missing so much points.. I am new here of course I cant :D But from now on I will work harder and on the final exam I wanna A!! :D
We also got math back which depresses me even more... I got 79% correct which is incredible bad... It was so easy and I made really stupid mistakes... One more point and I would get an A but yeah.. Sketching graphs, surds, indicies, simultaneous equations and so on.. Stuff I had in the 8th ot 9th grade yet I failed... Well not failed but I really wanted an A... And stereotypically the Chinese people were the best in the math class.. Kevin got an A and Jimmy got a B like me.. Next time it will definitely be an A!! :D
At least one good thing happen today... I went to the barber and she turned out as a German so I could explain her exactly what haircut I want and yeah.. :D I like it, my friends here like it too :D
Tomorrow is a school free day because all the sixth former have to go to a center and listen to a presentation.. Its called learn2live.. Lets see what this is.. I will report you then :D See you soon ~

Two Month Recap

Two month already... Wow... I cant even realize it...
Two month without my family, two month without my friends in Germany, two month without any good Chinese food... :D
Time flows.. Too quickly in my opinion.. Way too quickly..

Sunshine after several weeks of rain :D

What happened this month? Well, in the first month I became friends with a lot of people here, all of them German. But now I have gained even more friends, not only German ones but also from Slovakia, Sweden, Norway and Dutch.. I already introduced you my best international friends, its so amazing how many good friends I have made here. Mira, Lucia, Erik, Jonas, Paul, Florian and Kathi.. I am sure that you will read this so I mention you here :D I consider you guys as my family here. Its unbelievable... We arrived here in Torquay and didnt know each other but now two month passed.. And we are friends for like years :D
So as you can see I am really happy that I am here right now. I dont regret my decision about the exchange year and I dont regret that I changed school. Without the school change I would still be in Teignmouth in school and I probably wont have any friends there. It is so amazing... The only thing which matters me a lot is the money I am spending here... Its way too high.. I spend as much money in these two month as I would in one year in Germany... But I have to say that the bustickets here are very expensive.. I mean 65 Pounds for 4 weeks? Are you kidding me? :D

Bonfire on Monday :)

My friends are starting to train in the gym nearby the school, so I decided to go there as well.. I am too skinny, that has to be changed :D I hope that I will have the motivation to change it.. xD
I am also curious about my weight.. Sounds weird but I really want to know if I gained any weight here..
So I had yesterday my first training in the gym and I really like it :D I would normally work out 10 minutes at home but yesterday I worked out like one hour :D The atmosphere is completely different than at home. But its really expensive... 100 Pounds for 3 month.. I think I will start there and hope that my body will get progress reference to my muscles which are nearly equal to zero :D

Math homework...-.-

Talk about equal.. We had the first big math test today.. I am not sure if I should be proud of myself or not because the exercises werent that hard, yet I failed some.. Simoutanious equation, completing the square, roots and sketching graphs.. I had that in 8th class.. I should do some more work maybe.. :D
But as you can see, I am fine here :) Only one and a half month to go, then I am back in Berlin for 3 weeks..

What?.. FourNosesHeating? What does that mean? :D
Let me answer this. I already mentioned it before that I got some nice international friends here. Well it was dark and cold outside so we decided to warm us up by cuddling and our noses hitted each other :D
So we decided to call this FourNosesHeating :)
Who is exactly in this group? Well, there are two Slovakian girls called Mira and Lucia and one Swedish guy called Erik :) They are my best international friends here! Let me introduce them to you!

Mira:

I saw you the first time in Westlands but I wasnt sure if I should talk to you. I know that you were friends with Erik but I was maybe to shy to speak with you. We met the first time on the night were we went to the pub in Babbacombe, I just barely talked to you and then after that we met again on the night at the beach :)
You grabbed my arm and said that we should go for a walk and talk a bit. From there on I liked you. I had the feeling that we will be good friends, which is now the case, and I started to speak to you more often in school. Then I changed from business studies into English language where you are together with Lucia. We talked more and more and finally I made the move and asked you out if you want to join me to Caffe Nero.So the real first meeting was in Nero. From there on it was crystal clear. You became an important person here for me, we have lots of fun together, we are giggling all the time, we have the same timetable in school, which is great because we have all free periods together and we have mostly the same friends we both like!

I can remember you told me in London that I should definitely join you and Peter to Madame Tussauds in the morning. I was insecure because we had to meet like 8 o clock in the morning but I arrived there. At Piccadilly Circus at 8:10. It was fine because I texted you that I will be 10 minutes to late and you replied that its okay because you will be to late too. But I didnt expect what came after that... You were like 45 minutes too late and let me wait for you two in the cold....-.- It was soo cold.... But nevermind, of course that happen and thats not even worse, because I like you :) We cooked together today, it was awesome, I am impressed by your knowledge of how to make a good Slovakian steak ;D We should do it often together!! :) I hope you like what I wrote about you, and I hope that we will get along the whole year through, I really like you, you are a really nice and beautiful Slovakian girl!! :)

Lucia:
The first time we met... Hm.. It was in sociology if I remember it right :) You were sitting next to Peter, so I started to talk with you. After 15 minutes we started to discuss about our sociology teacher :D We both dont like her but I think most of her students dont like her ;) Sadly you changed sociology but we still have English language and nearly all free periods together :D
I also met you the first time at the night were we went to the pub, I spoke more with you than Mira because I spoke to you in school more often than with Mira :D The real meeting was like Mira in Nero. I know that I have to become your friend as well because you are so nice. Its unbelievable that you are nearly two years older than me... I hate it to be the youngest, why always me?? xD But the best thing happen to me here... If you can remember that night... Yeah.. :D I wont go into details, but it was unique for me! :) Sadly we didnt met in London because you were to busy with your real parents, we will try it next time :D
Snog and Madame Tussauds were really really great, you missed something!.. But today was really funny. We cooked together, better said Mira and Erik did the work and we just stand nearby them and asked ourselves what to do xD The horrorfilm was devastating... Now all of you know that I am really sensitive to horrormovies.. I hate them, yet I watched one with you :D Sorry about holding your hand all the time and cuddling and stuff... Wow.. I am soo manly, I cant believe that xD Ona je nadherna if you know what I mean :D You will turn 18 soon, we will celebrate it really big!! :D I still cant believe that I am only 16... That makes me kinda depressiv...-.- xD But like Mira I really want to keep our friendship, you are a really smart and a beautiful Slovakian girl!!

Where should I begin with you.. Ni Hao was the first thing you said to me as I walked in the math class, my first day at Westlands. I just changed the school so I was sure that I couldnt make any friends that quickly but then you gave me new hope.. Tall Swedish guy... :D I talked to you during the break and I was sure. You will become a good friend of me here in Torquay and I was right!! I am always asking you to come with me to Caffe Nero, first you didnt denied my invitations but after a while you reject me like several times yet I forced you to come :D
The very first meeting.. Well if I can remember right it was on the night where I met you, Silje, Sterre and Samuel in town in the evening. It was the first time meeting not German people for me :D
I started to like it and joined you more often when you went out. I have to thank you that you introduced me into Swedish, Norway, Slovakian and Dutch Family ;D
Its so funny to be with you, we have two same lessons and all the free periods together!! :D Teamwork in math, no problem ;D
Its sad that you didnt went to London as well, next time we will go there for sure ;D
