Changes

Hey folks,
its been 2 1/2 weeks since I left Berlin. I came back to Torquay with the expectation that everything will be the same like meeting with my international friends or sometimes with my German friends.. I was soo wrong.
Like I said before, Westlands School accepted some new exchange students, most of them Germans of course. On the assembly on Monday the head teacher told us that we will get five more.. One of them is a Italian as far as I know.

Cooking at my place :3
Soo lots of new people here. Last Sunday I invited some of the new German exchange students including Chiara, Annika, Rami and Katharina to my place and we cooked some nice Asian dishes :3
Rami and Katharina came along with Quentin, Chiara and Annika to Torquay. I didnt talked to them much at the beginning but now we also get to known each other very well and I have to say that they are nice as well. Obviously, otherwise I wouldnt invite them to come over xD

The result :D
So we met at Tesco and bought all the important ingrediants such as rice, noodles and vegetables, we planned to cook stir fried noodles with vegetables and egg fried rice with chicken :D
Cooking with them is really funny, we talked and joked a lot, it was awesome. I really like them. After eating and cleaning up we went back to my room and some fun if you know what I mean xD
Basically, I had a good start in the new year, I thought at first that I would miss Berlin a lot but thats not the case. I miss my friends, I would totally freak out if they would visit me here :D

I nearly cried.. :D Unfortunately only Chinese people will get it. :(
You are maybe asking yourselves why I titled my article as "Changes", it has the following reason:
My sociology teacher asked us international students on Monday if we think that we changed since we arrived here in England. To be honest, I think I changed a lot. I turned from the little, innocent Chinese boy into a different person. I am more open minded and the most important part - I think personally that I got more adult. I got so much more confidence here, I learned to live on my own and to rethink my decisions twice. I love my parents who allowed me to take part at this exchange year here, I cant imagine to live without this experience.

Pokerevening :D
I got so much new friends and gained so much experience which will help me a lot through my future life.
Thats everything for today, I am currently struggeling about what I should write... I will report as much as I can but seriously.. Nothing special is happening here in Torquay xD I will write more about Torquay next time I think.. So, I hope you enjoyed reading and see you soon again :)

New Arrivals

As announced, some new exchange studends arrived at Tuesday. We got one new French guy, one new Swiss guy, one new Austria girl and seven new Germans... Alright, as open minded as I am, I introduced myself to some of them and I have to say that three of them are really really nice. There is this Swiss guy called Quentin ( half Swiss, half French) who is living near me and this Austria girl called Chiara who is living at the sister of my hostmums place, also near me and a German girl called Annika who lives near the school. They are really really nice. More multicultural friends, yay!! :D

Waiting for lunch :3

At the first day Florian and Paul and I showed them the most important store in town.. Caffe Nero!! :D But unfortunatly there were too many people inside so we had to back up to another caffe which is not in the same league as Caffe Nero -.-
We talked, get to known each other. It was a day full of happiness, joy and laughter, and I wish it will be the same many many month after :) I really enjoyed meeting them, since they are also part of Westlands School now. In the evening I showed Chiara her way home since she is new and she lives on my way home. At the second day we went with them to the most relaxing place in Torquay, the cliffs near the harbour.

Why dont we go swimming? :D
We climbed and took several pictures :) I am walking by the way with Chiara and Quentin to school now, but only if its not raining :3 We also went to the beach yesterday evening with the internationals and some English people, in the end we were about 30 people o.O The new exchange students can enjoy a very big advantage to come here 4 month later than we because we can show them everything they want and stuff :D
Let me briefly describe you those three guys:

Chiara:
From all of the new exchange students I like her most. She is a funny, a beautiful girl, and I have never seen anyone non Asian with so dark eyes like her.. Soo amazing!! Overwhelmed by the English students she decided in the end to join us at the first day.. Wise choice since we are better and we have a better connection :P

Quentin:
The most sympathic guy with French genes I have ever met. He is funny, has a funny accent and is also polite, in my opinion :D I talked with him on the first day and realized that he is living near me, so I begged that he shall be cool - and he is ;)

Annika:
Barely talked with me at the first day, but as the week progresses I had more chances to talk to her and we found out that we have some nice same interests :D Dubstep, playing games ( yes she is a girl!!) and we both dont like onions on cheeseburgers o.O

We have on the left side the usual crowd and on the right side... The new exchange students :D
Those are the three guys I talked most right now. The others are not bad, I havent got talked that much with them yet.. I feel bad for Mira, Erik and Lucia since I didnt really met them since the new guys came.. I will try to find a balance between them, they are still important for me.. Its soo funny that I got more friends here in Torquay in these 4 month than in my entire life in Berlin.. Okay maybe its because I was a bit shy but now everything changed..

Ezio Florian :D

Nice japanese food :D

Whatever this face is called :D

Back In Torquay

The two and a half week passed very quickly and without noticing I found myself in Torquay again.. Time sure flew by.. How do I feel right now? Well after two days back in Torquay everything feels so usual like the three month before, but the first night here was really weird. My beloved friends bought me to the Tegel airport in Berlin and after a one hour journey with the plane I arrived in London Healthrow. I met Paul and Vincent again and we waited for other Whitehouse students. After gathering everyone up we travelled four more hours with the bus to Torquay where my hostmother was waiting for me. I packed my stuff out and thought about my upcoming 180 days here.. And yes I counted the days... 6 month to go..

Discovered a new place :3
On the second and third day I found myself surprisingly in a English pub again. I spend way to much money there the past few days but it was worth it. :D I got to know some English guys from my school and they are really really nice. I think I will meet them more often now, I really hope so :D

Cider Press :D
Besides that I had my first schoolday today, it was amazing to see my international friend again :D
There was also an announcement about new exchange students arriving today, so I got very curious about it..  We got a French one and several German ones... More Germans, yay!! -.-"
I didnt met them yet, I really hope that they are cool.. So tomorrow I will meet them and carry on my school life in England :3

Thanks for bringing me :D

Beautiful isnt it? :)

Soo natural :3
